Northbridge Asia was established in Hong Kong to manage complex work between Asia and Europe. The company focuses on projects that require more than a commercial introduction. These assignments often involve public institutions, international partners, regulated sectors, long approval paths and several parties with different responsibilities. Northbridge provides one coordinating point between those parties.
Why Hong Kong
Hong Kong is one of the main commercial and financial gateways between China, wider Asia and international markets. From Hong Kong, Northbridge can work closely with Asian investors, engineering groups, manufacturers and technology providers while maintaining a clear international business base.
Our European work
In Europe, Northbridge helps international partners understand the local market, identify opportunities and establish the relationships needed to work responsibly. Our role may include government coordination, local company structures, site and asset identification, partner selection, project development and execution management.
How we protect the project
Large projects involve sensitive commercial information and important institutional relationships. Northbridge works with controlled disclosure. We share information according to the needs of the project and the authority given by each party. We don't publish confidential mandates or use partner names as decoration.
Related defence capability
Where a project involves defence, controlled goods or energetic materials, Northbridge can coordinate with separately licensed companies under common ownership, including Falcon Defence, where appropriate. All regulated work remains subject to the licences, export controls, import approvals, end-user requirements and national laws that apply to the transaction or project.
